CODEMARK
The CodeMark® Certification Scheme (CodeMark®) is a Building Product Certification Scheme that supports the use of new or innovative products. CodeMark® provides confidence and certainty to regulatory authorities and the market to demonstrate that a building product complies with the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC) in New Zealand, or the National Construction Code (NCC) in Australia.
CodeMark® is suitable for any building product or system, but is beneficial for innovative building products and/or systems. The scheme provides confidence and certainty to regulatory authorities and the market through the issue of a Certificate of Conformity.
‘S’ MARK
The ‘S’ Mark was originally developed in New Zealand and has become a leading assurance of product performance and safety. In today’s increasingly cost-competitive and deregulated markets, consumers are constantly seeking assurance of the performance and quality of products.
Key ‘S’ Mark certification areas include:
• Timber and Engineered Wood products
• Glass products
• Structural Steel products
• PPE and Child Safety products
• Plumbing/Water products
FORESTRY & TIMBER
Chain of Custody certification is required to substantiate any claim that wood and wood products are obtained from a certified forest and can grant your organisation key access to many key international markets.
Bureau Veritas Forest & Timber certification assurance services include:
• PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification)
• Responsible Wood Certification Scheme
• FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council)
