Tim has more than 27 years of experience working on a wide range of projects including education, commercial, industrial, community and public, heritage, multi-unit residential and mixed use.
With a talent for resolving detail, Tim ensures that the finished building meets the promise of the design concept. He has an in-depth knowledge of documentation methodologies and technical systems, coupled with extensive site and contract management experience.
Tim is a stalwart of the New Zealand architectural profession and consistently contributes to enhancing collective knowledge, acting as an assessor for the New Zealand Registered Architects Board (NZRAB) for more than ten years, and as elected Auckland Councillor on the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA) National Council for six years.
Before joining Warren and Mahoney as a Principal in 2012, Tim worked with ORMS Architects in London, Jasmax in Auckland, and was a Director of RTA Studio for twelve years.
