Andrew La Grouw is the Managing Director of Lockwood Group. Andrew’s first job was working in the Lockwood factory in the school holidays. He worked for Lockwood in various construction roles in Auckland, Christchurch and Rotorua before forming his own contracting company building Lockwoods in the Nelson and Tasman region. In 2016 he moved to Rotorua to join the Lockwood Group executive team, and in 2018 he became a shareholder and managing director.
